Oncology Massage
Oncology massage is a specialized massage treatment to help people manage their experience with cancer. Benefits include: improved relaxation, sleep, and immune function as well as relieving anxiety, pain, fatigue and nausea. The treatments are modified according to the full spectrum of cancer-related issues: the physical, psycho-social and emotional consequences of cancer. In addition, the person's individual goals are considered and aspects of the disease and treatment side effects.

Swedish Massage
A Relaxing massage of traditional long strokes and kneading techniques. This Massage increases circulation, improves the skin and muscles tone and soothes the muscles.

Deep Tissue or Sports Massage
Recommended for muscle stiffness, soreness and pain, using slow deep and precise movements on specific areas to release tightness and tension. For Sports massage, we further add range of motion movements and stretching techniques.

Hot Stone Massage
Warm basalt river stones are incorporated in with our Swedish relaxation massage, providing deep soothing heat and promotes deep relaxation. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain. Please drink plenty of water after your session as the heat can dehydrate you.

Prenatal Massage
This massage can help reduce edema, backaches, and fatigue. Will help relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation, mobility and just make the mom-to-be feel good. Pillows are provided for comfort. Offered only during the second and third trimesters.
